Can it really write hooks that go viral?
No tool can guarantee virality — anyone who promises that is lying. What HookForge does is tilt the odds in your favor. The hooks are built on patterns from content that actually performs: curiosity gaps, tension, relatability, social proof. You still need a good video. But a better hook means more people give it a chance.
What's the difference between HookForge and just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general-purpose tool. HookForge is tuned specifically for short-form video hooks — the outputs are calibrated for the scroll-stop moment, not blog posts or emails. There's a free tier with a limited number of hook generations per month. No credit card required to get started — download the app, make an account, and you're in. Upgrade when you need more.
What if I don't like the hooks it gives me?
Regenerate. Use the Refine tab to push a hook in a different direction. Adjust your topic description to be more specific — vague inputs produce vague outputs. Describe the exact emotion or scenario in your video and the quality jumps noticeably.
Does it work for any niche or only specific ones?
Any niche. Cars, fitness, beauty, finance, cooking, gaming, real estate, education — HookForge doesn't have a preferred subject. It's built around the mechanics of what makes people stop scrolling, which applies everywhere. As long as you can describe what your video is about, it can generate hooks for it.
Will my data or hooks be shared anywhere?
No. Your hooks are yours. We don't share, sell, or use your prompts or generated content for any purpose other than producing your results. Your topic inputs are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate hooks and are not retained by us beyond your session.
How often is HookForge updated with new viral patterns?
The underlying model is continuously improved. We monitor what's performing across platforms and refine the outputs over time. You're not working off a frozen snapshot — HookForge gets sharper as more patterns are identified and incorporated.
